Please call (804) 639-8078 to confirm availability and reserve a spot for your child at our school.
Once space is confirmed, please submit the following forms to hold the spot(s):
- Enrollment Form for each child
- Policy Agreement for the family
- Registration Fee and Deposit for the family
Before your child(ren)\’s first day at Cedarhouse, submit the remaining enrollment paperwork:
- New Infant/Child/School Age Child Questionnaire for each child
- Proof of Birth for each child (examples: copy of birth certficate, proof of birth letter from hospital, passport, etc)
- Parent Manual Sign-Off per family (read and sign-off on our Parent Manual)
- School Entrance Health Form for each child
- Optional – Tuition Express form (automatically deducts tuition from checking account)
- As needed – Allergy Packet
