There are distinct benefits to being a teacher at The Cedarhouse School, too – benefits we added so that we can attract the best professionals in the field. We actually designed the classrooms to be as comfortable for a grown person as they are for the wee ones, with adult-size seating for cozy reading or relaxed conversations. There are shelves well stocked with resource materials, a computer available for Internet research, a separate lounge for teachers to share with parents, a private lunch area, and of course the entire setting is spacious and lovely and warm – a wonderful place to work.

We also support continuing education for our staff through education reimbursement, mentoring, and professional development.
